Advocacy Fees
Advocates are required to have successfully completed the Bar Postgraduate Course, or the Legal Practice Course or passed the SQE or be FCILEx qualified, and have completed our own rigorous assessment and training programme.
Our Advocacy fees can be found below:

These are fixed fees for courts in the NorthWest fees for courts further afield will be provided on request.
Rent Repossession Fees
Assured Shorthold Tenancy Repossession:
Fixed Fee Scheme
This scheme is for undefended Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) repossessions for rent
arrears under Section 8 of the Housing Act 1988 or mandatory possession under Section 21 of the Housing Act 1988.
