Advocacy Fees

 

We provide Advocates that appear in the Tribunals, County Courts and the High Courts. Our Advocacy team comprise of Practitioner Lawyers, Solicitors and Barristers. We provide Advocacy in:

Debt Recovery Fees

 

Our debt recovery team support clients with recovery of debts that are owed. This removes the problems of debt collection from your day to day affairs and allows you to concentrate on things that matter. 

The fees we charge include notification letter to the debtor and three extra repeat letters bringing to a total of 4 letters.

Mediation Fees

 

The Civil Procedure Rules encourage parties to consider Mediation. This is because the court expects the parties to engage in ADR before pursuing Litigation. 

A party refusing to engage in mediation without reasonable grounds may have adverse costs orders made against them by the court. 

Be it contract disputes, issues that are performance related or communication breakdown, mediation services offer a long collaborative approach that support long term relationships.
